Production Catering
Pheasant began catering industry shoots in 2016 and quickly became a producer (and crew!) favorite. Breakfast & Lunch catering may not be essential to get the shot… but they are essential in keeping your crew happy! With that in mind, we know that exceptional on-set catering isn’t just about incredible flavors, it’s also about beautiful presentation.
We offer both individually boxed meals and buffet style catering that our skilled team sets up onsite to ensure your crew has everything they need for a successful shoot.

Our Menus
Our weekly menus are well-balanced, delicious and based on a wide range of cuisines, ranging from New American to Korean. We plan them weekly and are happy to share our daily menus with you upon request.
To minimize our environmental impact, every box, lid, utensil, cup and & napkin is biodegradable and/or compostable and made out of either sugar, corn, paper, palm leaf or bamboo and is biodegradable and/or compostable.

Dietary Restrictions
We are always happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc.) and allergy requests.
Beverages
Our high-quality beverage packages have you covered for breakfast, lunch and that afternoon pick-me-up! From freshly brewed Variety coffee and cold brew to organic juices and flavored seltzers, we make sure your crew is hydrated and energized.
